      考察了不同固化温度下9种偏高岭土基地聚物的力学性能,并通过微量热、红外光谱(FTIR)、扫描电镜(SEM)等测试技术分析了固化温度影响偏高岭土基地聚物性能的作用机理.结果表明:升高固化温度可以促进硅铝酸盐的溶解和缩聚,从而提高偏高岭土基地聚物的力学性能;但过高的固化温度会使缩聚反应速度过快,从而使硅铝酸盐溶解所产生的缩聚反应前驱物被生成的胶凝体所包裹,无法接触碱激发剂发生缩聚反应,造成地质聚合反应不充分和地聚物力学性能降低.
英文摘要:
      The mechanical properties of geopolymer samples synthesized by nine kinds of metakaolin under different cuing temperatures were investigated, and microcalorimetry, infrared spectrum(FTIR) and SEM EDS were employed to study the mechanism of influence of curing temperature on the geopolymer performance. Test results show that increasing curing temperature can promote dissolution and polycondensation of aluminosilicate and thus enhance the mechanical properties of the obtained geopolymer. However, too high curing temperature leads to too fast polymerization, thus the dissolution products will be enclosed by gel generated by polymerization before they can involve in the subsequent reactivity. That results in an uncompleted polymerization reaction and a decrease of compressive strength of geopolymer.
