      为确定材料组成及施工环境因素对于路用降温涂层干燥时间的影响规律,制备4种新型路用降温涂层,并评价了其降温效果.系统研究了成膜材料配合比、涂抹量及降温功能材料掺量对路用降温涂层干燥时间的影响.室内模拟风速、光照强度及相对湿度等施工环境因素,确定了不同环境因素对路用降温涂层干燥时间的影响规律,并提出了相应的施工控制要点.结果表明:当固化剂质量达到涂层质量的40%时,路用降温涂层的干燥时间满足相关规范要求;涂抹量增大会延长路用降温涂层实干时间,降温功能材料掺量增加会缩短其干燥时间;在不同相对湿度下,路用降温涂层表干时间均有较大幅度延长,但实干时间会明显缩短;光照强度增强会大幅缩短路用降温涂层干燥时间,但实干后其表面会出现气泡、坑槽等缺陷;风速增大有利于路用降温涂层快速干燥.

      To determine the effect of different factors on the opening time of pavement cooling coat, various raw materials were selected to prepare 4 kinds of new pavement cooling coats. The cooling performance of pavement cooling coat was evaluated by field test. The impacts of film forming composition, application amount and cooling functional materials content on drying time of cooling coat were studied thoroughly. Environmental factors, such as wind speed, solar radiation intensity and relative humidity were simulated to study the impact of environmental factors on drying time of pavement cooling coat and the construction control points were put forward. The results show that the drying time of the coat with 40% curing agent fulfills the relevant standard requirements. With the increasing amount of pavement cooling coat, the surface drying time decreases and complete drying time increases. The content increase of functional material shortens the drying time. Under different relative humidity, the surface drying time of pavement cooling coat is extended, but the complete drying time is reduced. The enhancement of light intensity can shorten the drying time significantly, but defects appear on the surface of pavement cooling coat after drying. Under different wind speeds, the drying time of pavement cooling coat is significantly shortened.
