      中国北方地区经常出现由于温度低而导致路面开裂的情况,为了解决这一问题,在SBS改性沥青中掺加邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DOP)增塑剂,在等针入度条件下,确定了增塑剂的最佳用量,对比研究了不同沥青及沥青混合料的路用性能.结果表明:增塑剂使沥青延度得到大幅提升,针入度变大,软化点和黏度降低;增塑剂使沥青混合料高温稳定性下降,抗低温性能提高;增塑SBS改性90#沥青混合料的抗冻融开裂性能最优.
英文摘要:
      In northern China, pavement cracking often occurs due to low temperature. To solve this problem, dioctyl phthalate(DOP) plasticizer was mixed into SBS modified asphalt to improve the low temperature resistance of asphalt. This experiment was carried out under the condition of equal penetration, the optimum dosage of plasticizer was determined and the road performance of asphalts and asphalt mixtures was compared. The results show that the plasticizer greatly increases the asphalt ductility and penetration, decreases the softening point and viscosity. The plasticizer reduces the high temperature stability and improves the low temperature performance of asphalt mixtures. The plasticized SBS modified 90# asphalt mixture is the best in anti freezing cracking performance.
