      提出了自膨胀高强预压锚固技术,研究了其施工性能和长期稳定性.结果表明:锚固材料能提高水泥浆体流动度,延长浆体初凝时间,缩短浆体初、终凝时间差,利于施工.基于CT扫描试验,对比了锚固材料密实度及分圈层压力从外环区域到内环区域的变化规律,研究了其径向、环向的受力机制.在环向约束长期干燥条件下,间隔551d,锚固体CT数变化仅05%,表明其在该技术条件下的密实度能长期保持稳定;在长期浸水条件下,锚固体膨胀压力和锚杆极限抗拔力的变化均较小,膨胀剂掺量为15%的锚固体锚杆极限抗拔力的变化仅09%,表明该技术条件下的极限抗拔力能长期保持稳定.
英文摘要:
      The self expansion high strength preloading anchoring technology was put forward to improve the pulling resistance of anchor rod. In order to make it more suitable for engineering, the study on its construction performance and long term stability was carried out. The results show that the anchoring material can improve the fluidity of cement slurry. Prolonging the initial setting time of slurry and shortening the time difference between initial and final setting of slurry are beneficial to construction. Based on the CT scanning test, the density and pressure of the anchoring material are measured, and the rule of gradual change from the outer ring to the inner ring is established, and the stress mechanism is revealed from diameter and circumferential direction. Under the condition of circumferential restraint and long term drying, the CT number of the anchors before and after the interval of 551days is only 05%. Under dryness condition, its compactness(volume) stability is maintained for a long time. Compared with the long term immersion of the anchors, the expansive pressure and the ultimate pullout force of the anchors changed little, and the ultimate pullout force of the anchors with 15% expansive agent changed only 09%. It shows that the ultimate pullout force of this technique can be kept stable for a long time.
