      为了对工业废料—碱渣进行回收利用,研发了一种碱渣矿渣复合胶凝材料(SSCBM).采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱分析(EDS)、X射线衍射(XRD)和热重差示扫描热分析(DSCTG)等对碱渣矿渣复合胶凝材料28d龄期硬化体的微观结构与组成进行了研究.结果表明:水胶比为05,砂胶比为3∶1,碱渣和矿渣的质量比为1∶4时,所成型的40mm×40mm×160mm SSCBM试件28d龄期抗压强度为396MPa,抗折强度为80MPa,氯离子化学结合率为844%;SSCBM体系中生成了大量尺寸为5~10μm的水化产物,且水化产物之间互相搭接形成致密的三维网状结构,其28d龄期的水化产物主要为水化硅酸钙(CSH)、水化碳铝酸钙(CACH)、水化硅铝酸钙(CASH)和3CaO·Al2O3·CaCl2·10H2O(Friedels盐).

      In order to recycle soda residue, a kind of binding material from it to mix with slag was developed. Meanwhile, microstructures and compositions of hardened paste of soda residue slag complex binding materials(SSCBM) after curing for 28days were analyzed by means of scanning electron microscope, energy dispersive X ray spectroscopy, X ray diffraction and thermogravimetric differential scanning calorimetry. The results show that when water binder ratio is 05 and sand binder ratio is 3∶1, soda residue and slag are prepared according to the mass percentage of 1∶4, the compressive strength of the SSCBM specimen(40mm×40mm×160mm) is 396MPa, the flexural strength is 80MPa, and the chemical binding rate of chloride ions is 844%. A large number of hydration products between 510μm are observed in the SSCBM system; meanwhile, the hydration products are bonded to each other to form a dense three dimensional network structure. The hydration products of binding materials after curing for 28days are mainly C S H gel, C A C H gel, C A S H gel and 3CaO·Al2O3·CaCl2·10H2O crystal(Friedels salt).
