      利用模拟风沙环境侵蚀试验系统和模拟自然环境老化试验箱,对钢结构聚氨酯涂层进行高低温循环老化试验,并对老化程度不同的涂层进行风沙冲蚀试验.另外,通过扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线能谱(EDS)和X射线衍射(XRD),分析了钢结构未老化涂层与老化程度不同的涂层在主要元素和晶体物相上的差异.结果表明:涂层在经历高低温循环老化后,出现了明显裂纹、起皮、皲裂,并出现白色结晶;与钢结构未老化涂层最大冲蚀率对应的冲蚀角度约为38°,而老化后的涂层与之对应的冲蚀角度为38°~45°;与未老化涂层相比,老化后的涂层耐风沙冲蚀能力降低,其SEM照片的清晰度明显降低;老化后的涂层元素发生明显变化;涂层的主要晶体物相为CaMg(CO3)2、CaCO3、BaSO4和TiO2,在老化过程中并未产生新的物相.

      Through an experimental system to simulate the erosion of sandstorm environment and an aging test chamber to simulate the natural environment, an aging test of high and low temperature cycling was carried out specifically for the polyurethane coatings of steel structure. Then, a sandstorm washout test was completed for the non aging coating and that with varied aging degrees of steel structure. In addition, regarding the non aging coating and the coating with varied aging degrees of steel structure, scanning electron microscope(SEM), X ray energy spectrum(EDS) and X ray diffraction(XRD) were conducted to analyze the difference in coating elements and main crystal phases between the non aging coating and the coating with varied aging degrees. The results indicate that obvious crack, peeling and chap are observed on the aging coating of steel structure which has undergone temperature cycle, and that white crystal may appear as well. For non aging coatings of steel structures, the maximum washout rate appears at the angle of approximately 38°, while the value is between 38° and 45° for aging coating of steel structure. The sandstorm washout resistance capacity of the aging coating becomes lower, with the SEM definition of the coating dramatically declined after sandstorm washout. It has also been shown that significant changes in coating elements occur in the aging coating, while main crystal phases of the coating include CaMg(CO3)2, CaCO3, BaSO4 and TiO2. No new phase is generated during the aging process.
