      对纤维含量为25~55kg/m3的7组钢纤维混凝土(SFRC)试件进行了切口梁三点抗弯试验和电感试验,分析了不同纤维含量下钢纤维混凝土的弯拉性能和纤维分布规律.试验结果表明:当SFRC试件中的纤维含量为35、50kg/m3时,纤维的增韧效果明显提高;试件中的实际纤维含量与设计含量最大仅相差64%;在试件X、Y、Z方向上的纤维分布比例大致为12∶14∶10,与纤维含量关系不大,且随着纤维含量的增加,SFRC试件中的纤维分布更为均匀.

      Three point bending test and inductive test were carried out on 7 sets of steel fiber reinforced concrete(SFRC) specimens with fiber content of 2555kg/m3, while the flexural tensile properties and fiber distribution of SFRC with different fiber content were analyzed. The results from the three point bending test show that the SFRC specimens are reinforced significantly when the fiber content is at 35kg/m3 and 50kg/m3. The results from the inductive test show that the maximum difference between actual fiber content and design content is only 64% and the ratio of fiber distribution in the X, Y and Z directions of specimen is approximately remained at 12∶14∶10, which is not particularly affected by fiber content. It is also found that the fibers in the specimen become more uniformly distributed along with the increase of fiber content.
